The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The given process illustrates the information about how instant noodles are manufactured.

Overall, the whole process contains eight different steps. The process begin with storage silos and flour. And the process end with labelling and sealing the final products.

First of all, for manufacturing instant noodles store a silos and a flour in big containers because this two ingredients are main for noodles. After this, mix this two with use of mixer and add water and oil and make a smooth dough. Further more, put this dough on roller so, this rollers make thin sheets of dough.

After that, in the next step the dough sheets go into noodles discs. Where dough sheets are converted into shape of noodles. Moreover, after this cooking oil is added here so noodles stay soft and later this all noodles are drying there for further process. In addition, noodles are ready to pack so some vegetables and spices are added in noodles for taste and fill the cups with noodles. In the last stage, all cups are go for labelling and sealing and put specific companies label on cups.
