The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The figure shows the production of instant noodles and various steps involved in the making process.

Overall, in first phase the raw materials from silos after the mixing with oil and water change to dough sheets, dough strips, discs respectively. Then vegetables, spices are added and then labelled.

After the raw materials come from silos they are converted into dough sheets, dough strips, noodle discs respectively after being mixed with oil and water then the noodle dics are introduced with cooking oil and then they are dried. In the next stage the vegetables and spices are added to it and they are put into the cup shaped container so that they can be sent for the labelling process to begin and after this step they are ready to be sold in the market .
