The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
This diagram depicts how instant noodles are manufactured. By observing the diagram, we can come to know that it is a eight steps manufacturing process. It starts with transferring flour from storage silos to mixer, where water and oil are added to make dough sheets with the help of rollers. After that dough sheets are converted into dough strips and then in the form of noodles discs. At 6th step we can notice the cooking and drying. At 7th step, vegetables with spices are added and noodles are forwarded to next step in cups. At last, branding and labelling is done. This step is very important because with the help of labelling, customers are able to identify the product. By completing these 8 steps the noodles are ready to eat and can be sold in the market. By the way, Instant noodles are not healthy eatable option and the intake should be limited.
