IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The diagram bellow illustrates the manufacturing of instant noodles.

Overall , there are eight steps in the manufacturing of instant noodles in the first the flour is transported to storage silos , then in the second step the flour undergoes the process of mixing where the mixture of water and oil is also added .

In the third step the water, oil ,and flour mixture is then slowly moved onto to the rollers which is turned into dough sheets . The mixture has now successfully turned into dough sheets after this step , the dough undergoes a cutting machine which cuts the dough sheet into strips .

The dough strips undergoes another machine which shapes them into discs after they are shaped into discs they are then cooked in oil and then dried after the drying process the discs are added into the cups with vegetables and spices , now they are sealed and then labeled and they are now ready for shipping and sold in the convinent stores.
