The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The diagram shows how the instant noodles are manufactured in the company.
Overall, it can be seen that, the whole process takes total 8 steps from start to end.
Firstly, flour of noodles came from storage silos to a place where the whole manufacturing process takes place. The flour went to mixer with water and oil for the mixing process. Then, dough sheets were produced which afterwards became dough strips after passing through rollers. Dough strips passes to noodles discs for another process then it first got cooked in oil and then dried.
Morever, after it dried, the other process in which noodles got packed in cups with vegetables and spices. After mixing with vegetable and spices, cups passes to antoher round which is labeling and sealing which is the last step. In this step, cups with instant noodles got ready and labelled with the names and sealed for the delivery to the vendors for different outlets.
