The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The given diagram illustrates that the instant noodles which we consume joyfully, how they are manufactured in a factory. The process involves a total of 8 steps and then they are ready to distribute at the stores.
To begin with, the process begins with the storage silos and end at the labelling and sealing. So, firstly the tanker of flour is connected to the storage silos so that they can store the flour. Then it goes in the mixer where the oil and water are mixed in the flour to make a dough.
Moreover the dough is spread into the sheets so that the machine cuts the dough into thin strips.
Then they undergo in a machine where these strips are converted into a noodle disc.
These noodle disc are undergo in the hot cooking oil so that they do not reside raw. Then these disc are taken out from the hot oil and goes in a dryer to drain the excess oil from the noodle disc.
Moreover, the cups are ready and the noodle disc are also ready then they add some vegetables and spices in the cups with the discs.
The cups move forward to get labelled and then it is ready to get packed in the boxes.
This is how an instant noodles manufactured in a factory.
