The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The diagram illustrates how quickly noodles are produced.
Overall, it is a linear process consisted of 8 stages. Initially, flour is stored in silos which is then go through a mixer, cups and labels. At the end, ready to be delivered to shops and market.
Firstly, flour is brought to the factory by a truck and stored in silos. After then it goes into the mixer with a combination of water and oil. The mixture reaches on dough sheets with the help of rollers and the very next level it is delivered to dough strips. After all, noodles have been given it's shape in the noodles disc relatively.
The further procedure starts with the cooking of noodles in oil and when it cooks it is been dried. Noodles than goes into cups where vegetables and other spices added up and in the next step labelling and sealing prints on the cups. Continuously, all the packed cups are ready for delivery and reaches to markets where people buy them.
