The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The process graph illustrates the eight stages of how instant noodles are produced.
Overall, it is evident that the process starts with bringing a large amounts of flour by factory truck, with ending by labelling and sealing the instant noodles in same time.
Initially, the second stage mixes the flour with water and oil, after containing the delivered flour in the storage siles. Subsequently, it has to be rolled on the dough sheets by the roller machines to cut them into the dough strips.
Secondly, the fifth stage is the start of becoming the flour into the noodles, when the flour are cut into strips, and available to produce them as the discs. While the discs are being manufacturing, the machine has a responsibility for cooking and drying with oil to become it ready to eat by customers. Afterwards, the seventh stage is the covering the completed noodles with vegetables and spices by cups before labelling and sealing to deliver people production.
