The diagram illustrates the process used to manufacture instant noodles, showing the various stages from the preparation of flour to the final packaging of the product.

Overall, the manufacturing process consists of several stages and can be divided into three main phases: preparing the dough, cooking and drying the noodles, and finally packaging them with additional ingredients. The process begins with flour being stored in large silos and ends with the finished cups of instant noodles being sealed and labelled.

At the first stage, flour is stored in large storage silos before being transferred to a large mixer. Water and oil are then added to the flour, and these ingredients are thoroughly mixed together to form a dough. The dough is subsequently passed through a series of rollers, which flatten it into thin sheets. These sheets are then cut into narrow strips using a cutting machine. The strips are shaped into circular noodle discs, which are prepared for the cooking stage.

Following this, the noodle discs are cooked in oil at a high temperature. Once they have been cooked, they are dried in order to remove excess moisture and make them suitable for long-term storage. The dried noodle discs are then placed individually into cups. At this stage, additional ingredients, including vegetables and spices, are added to each cup to provide flavour and seasoning.
