The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The diagram elaborates the various stages regarding process of noodle manufacturing in factory.

Overall, this process completes total 8 stages which starts from transporting flour into factory and end with labelling the packets.

The initial step is reloading flour from truck to store into silos . Secondly, the workers mix oil and water into mixer with flour which leads to the preparing dough sheets with the help of rollers on third stage of process. In the fourth part, dough sheets turn into strips.

Moreover, the following step is that dough strips convert in discs which straightly going to large pan where noodles will cook into cooking oil. Before putting noodles into cup with some vegetables and spices, it needs to cool and dry properly in the sixth stage. Following this procedure at the last stage of manufacturing and before sending for marketing, cups are loaded and labelled properly. And then workers load into trucks for further steps ahead.
