BELOW GIVEN PROCEDURE ILLUSTRATES THE PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING INSTANT NOODLES. OVERALL, IT CAN BE EVIDENT THAT, THERE ARE MAINLY 8 STAGES OF THIS PROCESS START WITH FLOUR ARRIVES IN PLANT THEN MOVES TO MIXER THEN COOKING AND ADD UP SPICES IN LAST PACKING.

IN FIRST STAGE, FLOUR TRUCK BRINGS FLOUR AT MANUFACTURING PLANT AND IT STORES INTO STORAGE SILOS. IN SECOND STAGE, FLOUR TANSFERES TO MIXER WITH WATER AND OIL FOR MAKING A DOUGH. IN THIRD STAGE, ROLLORS MAKES DOUGH SHEETS OF THAT MIXERED DOUGH. IN NEXT STAGE, MACHINE CONVERTS THAT DOUGH SHEETS INTO NOODLES.

AFTER THAT, NEXT MACHINE TURNS THOSE NOODLES INTO ROUND SHAPE DISCS. NEXTLY, THOSE DISCS MOVES FOR COOKING WITH OIL AND AFTER DRYING IT. THEN, SHIFTED INTO CUPS AND ADD VEGETABLE AS WELL AS SOME SHORT OF SPICES FOR THE TASTE. IN THE LAST STAGE, THOSE CUPS MOVES FOR LABELLING AND SEALING. FINALLY, PRODUCT IS READY FOR SELLING.
