The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The diagram illustrates how noodles are

manufactured.

Overall, there are 8 stages used in a manufacturing process of noodles. Instant noodles include the following raw materials; flour, water, oil and vegetable spices.

Manufacturing initiated by storing flour and mixing water and oil. This mixer then passed from Roilers towards Dough sheets. After that sheets are converted into strips at the middle stage.

With regards to the fifth stage, Noodles Discs are generated. Further Cooking oil added and dried the discs. In the second last stage, there are some cups carrying vegetables plus spices added on pre matured noodles. Finally instant noodles are ready to deliver by just labelling on the cups.

In conclusion, manufacturing instant noodles is not includes a difficult procedure whereas there are some stages in which the structure of flour change by mixing water and cooking oil and then converting into various shapes like, making sheets, strips and discs. The ultimate goal of these activities are to make an instant noodles ready to sell.
