The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The diagram illustrates how instant noodles are being manufactured. The process includes 8 steps which tells how instant instant noodles are being made from scratch till the final product.
First and foremost step is taking flour out of the storage silos. The water and oil is being added to the flour in the mixture to convert it in a dough. With the help of rollers the dough is being converted into dough sheets. Then the sheets are converted into long vertical dough strips which are then placed interested noodles discs to give them specific shape.
Next step is addition of cooking oil in noodles discs and then let it dry for sometime before taking it out in cups. Meanwhile add vegetables and spices in the cups. When noodles along with the spices are added in the cup then seal it and label it.
Properly seal the lid so that no air content goes inside the cup and put the label of your company on it. In conclusion, now you are good to sell these noodles.
