The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The given process diagram shows the entire way of producing consumable instant noodles.

Overall, this process consists total eight steps. It starts with storing flour in silos and ends with labelling and sealing.

At first, Storage of flour is the first step of production process. Here, flour stores in silos storage. Then, flour puts in mixer with water and soil. Consequently, mixer machine mixes then mixed flour passes through rollers. After that, mixed flour becomes thin dough sheet.

In next step, the machine cuts dough sheet into multiple strips and that strips passes through noodle discs where strips gets actual shape of instant noodles. Afterwards, noodles discs goes in hot cooking oil for a while. After cooks and becomes dry, it puts in cups after adding vegetables and spices as per needs.

Lastly, Labelling and sealing is the final stage of production. Here, all the packet are wisely seals and labels. The, the instant noodle is completely ready for selling purpose and consumption as well.
