The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

This diagram illustrate the process of manufacturing instant noodles.

Overall, there are eight stages in the process, beginning with the storage of flour and ending with the packaging of the final product. The process involves mixing ,forming ,cooking, and packaging the noodles.

Initially, flour stored in silos and then delivered to the factory by truck. The flour is combined with water and oil in a mixer. After mixing, the dough passes through the rollers where it is formed into sheets. These sheets are then cut into strips, which are subsequently shaped into noodle discs.

Next, the noodles discs undergo cooking in oil and are then dried, .On dried, noodles placed into cups along with vegetables and spices. In the final stages, the cups are labeled and sealed. The instant noodles are then ready for distribution.

In conclusion, the production of instant noodles involves several key steps including mixing ingredients, forming the noodles, cooking , drying and packaging.
