IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The cycle illustrates the process of manufacturing of instant noodles.

Overall, It is noticed that the hole process is divided in to eight different steps and totally done automatically.

In the very first step flour gets stored into storage silos which is bring to the unit by trucks. In second step flour send to the mixer where water and oil added to make dough. After preparing dough it passed through rollers to make dough sheets. In next step dough gets cut into strips which is fourth step of process. In fifth step, dough strips cut down into noodles discs. After that it sent for cooking with the help of oil. After that it gets dried. In next step noodles were added to the cups in which vegetables and spices added. The last step of manufacturing instant noodles is labelling and sealing. Labels gets applied on plain cups and gets sealed.
