The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The process chat illustrates the manufacturing process of instant noodles.

Overall, it is clear that making instant noodles have total 8 steps starting from storage silos and ending with labelling sealing.

To begin with, Flour which is transported by truck and stored in storage silos. Then, Flour is added in mixer where water and oil are mixed in flour to make a dough. After making dough, Rollers are used to prepare dough sheets which are converted in to dough strips in the next step.

Moreover, noodles discs are making from dough strips. In the following step, these discs are gone to hot cooking oil which is used to half cooked noodles and leave for drying before going inside cups. Further, Vegetables and spices are put inside the cup with noodles. In the last step, Labels are glued with cups after that machines seals the cups which are ready for sending to market.
