The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The given diagram isllustrates the process of manufacturing instant noodles from storaging the silos to labelling.
Overall, this process containes eight stages from the very first stage of storaging the silos to making dough sheets, followed by making noodles discs, filling the cup with spices and lastly labelling and sealing the cups.
In detail, Firstly, the storage silos are fillied with flours then it moves to the mixer and the flour mix with water and oil. After that, this mixer go to the dough sheets through rollers. If the sheets are ready then it moves to dough strips where the dough cut in the shape of noodles. After finishing it, it goes to the discs where noodles are making in a round shape, measuring the weight and filling the noodles for each cup.
Moving on the next steps, then the noodles discs are ready to cook with oil and it leaves for a few minutes to dry. Then noodles pour into a cup with vegetables and other spices. Moreover, the whole cup go for the last step which is labelling and sealing. After completing the above processes, the cups are ready to go to the markets for selling.
