The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The given diagram illustrates the process of making instant noodles.

Overall, it is clear that, the manufacturing of instant noodles are consisted by eight different stages. By contrast, the main process is almost done at the time of cooking noodles.

To begin with,in first stage the flour is stored in storage silos. After that it have sent to mixer in which water and oil are mix to the flour. Then, the batter passes from a rollers and create a dough sheets, thereafter the sheet have cut into strips and also create a noodles discs

Probing further, the next step is cooking and drying of noodles discs. The cooked and dried noodles are packed in cups where some vegetables and spices also added in cups. Finally, in eighth step the cups of noodles are seal and put a label on these cups and sent to be warehouse and retailers for sale.
