The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The diagram illustrates the production of instant noodles in a factory.

Overall, the process consist on 8 steps. It begans with delivery of flour that was mixed with water and oil to form dough, followed other machine that gave it disc shape. At last, after drying noodles,putting them into cup with label and was ready to sell.

At the first stage, flour transported to the factories, where storage silos used. Real machine task started here, mixer was made by adding two more ingredients water and oil. Rollers used that mixed and form dough sheets.These long dough sheets entred into the next process where machine cut these sheets into strips.

Now, these strips are ready to mold into disc noodles chape. Furthermore, disc noodles was pass through heating engine so that it was properly cooked. During this cooking process oil was also used. Afterwards noodles gets dry and ready to pass for next step. Cup are used for packeging. Dry vegetables with spices for flavour added into the cups. And at the final stage, These cups sealed and labelled with necessary information and ready to sell.
