The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The given diagram repesents the making of instant noodles. It shows how a normal flour is converted into fully prepared noodles inside a fully automatic noodle factory .

Firstly, flour is filled in the storage soils . The mixer the take some portion of flour and mix it with adequate amount of water and oil. Further, this mixture is rolled into thin dough shits via roller before cutting them down into long noodle like strips. Moreover, after this step all strips are converted molded into disc type shape and put into the fryer for cooking.

Furtermore, these noodles are dried out by removing the access oil from them and store it in the noodle cups. Vegetable and spices are added to these cups before final sealing.

At last, all the cups are sealed and labelled with the manufacturing and expiry date and then moved further on packaging and transportation phase.
