The process below illustrates how noodles are made
Overall, there are 8 steps from storage silos to labelling + sealing dough , the eyecatchy step is how dough sheets get converted into dough strips and noddles discs before cooking + drying stage.
To begin with, flour gets to storage silos, then to the mixer where water gets mixed with oil then it get transfered to rollers where rollers make dough sheets then dough sheets get converted into dough strips and then noodles discs .
Afterwards they proceed to next stage which is cooking + drying , after that they get transfered into cups and get mixed with vegetable and spices .
In the final stage they proceed to packaging stage where labelling and sealing happens.
