The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The diagram illustrates the stages involved in the production of instant noodles, tracing the process form flour storage to the final packing stage.

Overall, it can be seen that there are eight stages involved in this process begin form flour taken from storage silos which goes through significent process until it reaches for packaging.

In the initial stages, flour is taken form storage silos which is mixed with water and oil in mixer. Once the mixer is ready, the mixture passes through rollers which flatten into sheets that are then cut into strips before being shaped into round discs.

After the shape of noodles is prepared then the discs are cooked in oil and after which dried. After this stage has been completed, the dried noodles are placed into individuals cups and vegetables spices are added in it then cups are sealed and labelled, completing the manufacturing cycle of insatnt noodles.
