The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The diagram a shows detailed process of noodles making. The steps significantly involve storing floor, mixing, preparing dough sheets, cooking, drying and lastly packaging.
The process starts from storing the floor from container to storage silos. On the very next step, water and oil mixes together in a mixer. The prepared mixture is then rolled on the rollers which has become the dough sheets. The flat dough sheets are being stripped in the next stage and later it is being converted into noodles discs followed by cooking in oil and then prepared dics are ready for drying process. After a completion of this step, vegetables and spices were added along with noodles in the cups. The final step of the process involves packaging. The preapred noodles cup are now being lablled. Sealing is also done to makesure product remains safe from environmental conditions. After labeling and sealing, noodles cup are ready for the selling purpose.
