The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The diagram illustrates the steps of manufacturing instant noodles. It involves eight different stages. It contains storage silos, rollers and labels etc.
In the first stage, the flour is stored in silos then water and oil is mixed. So the second step is mixer. The rollers start to mix dough sheets. Then the stripping step start. The fourth stage is about dough strips.
The fifth step commence with the discs which includes noodles with discs. Then it becomes noodles discs. The sixth step is for cooking oil and drying. The noodles discs fried and dried then it deposits into the cups. It includes vegetables and spices. The spices with the vegetables mixed into the dried noodles.
Last step is the labelling and it’s so crucial for its consistency to earn reputation in the marketplace. The cups of noodles after completion of last making steps. It’s labelling and sealing it. After the completion of this stage, the manufacturing of noodles is done.
In conclusion, this process highlights the significance of flour as every single material of noodles made from it. Then the vegetables and spices play a crucial role in making it everyone favourable taste.
