The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The diagram illustrates how instant noodles are prepared.

Overall, the 8 steps process starts with storage of flour in silos and ends with the labelling and sealling of instant noodles. However, this is achieved by changing flour into noodles discs and putting all material in different cups.

In the first step, flour is carried by storage silos into a truck, that further added into a mixer with the addittion of water and oil. After that mixer change the material into dough sheets. Subsequently, dough sheets are altered into dough strips.

Furthermore, the fifth step begins with the formation of noodles discs, after this these discs are cooked and dried in oil. In the seventh step vegetables and additional spices are added in the organized cups for better flavour. Ultimately, the process of labelling on cups begins and all labels are sticked on the cups and sealing of cups is also done for protection.
