The given picture outlines the way instant noodles are manufactured.
Overall, the process comprises eight different stages. It is a cyclical process beginning with storage in silos and ending with labeling and selling.
At first, flour is stored in the silo. A mixer is prepared by the addition of water and oil to flour, which is pressed using the rollers to produce dough sheets. After that, these dough sheets are fed further to a machine where they are converted into dough strips. Once these strips are subjected to a special machine, noodle discs are obtained. This is the form of noodle which is available in the market. For the final preparation, noodles are cooked in oil, followed by a drying process. Subsequently, they are packed into cups with the addition of vegetables and spices. Labeling and sealing are carried out where lables are provided to each pack before these noodles are officially delivered to the market.
