The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The diagram illustrates the manufacturing of instant noodles.
overall, it consist of 8 stages starting from storing flour in silos and ends with the labelling and sealing of noodles.
Initially, flour is passed to the storage silos from trucks then in undergo mixer where water and oil is added into it and with the help of rollers dough sheets are formed . After that dough sheets are converted into dough strips and noodles disc are prepared.
Next noodles dics and passed for cooking with adding oil and drying . In the next step the noodles and transferred in to cups. vegetable and spices are added to each cup in specific quantity. After that the cups are labelled it with the brand name, ingrediants etc and the noodles are ready fir sealling to super markets form where people can buy it .
summary, manufacutring noodles is a 8 step complete process .
