The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The diagram demonstrates the formation of instant noodles.
Overall, it consist of 8 steps start with storage of flour and ends on final product of instant noodles. After storage, flour then passed through different operations like mixing, striping then give form of noodles discs which passed into oil for cooking purpose and put into cups after drying. After mixing vegetables, spices and putting labels, final product is ready to transport after sealing.
The process starts with putting flour into storage silos which then put onto a mixer along with water and oil and output dough then passes through under the rollers and in return give us dough sheets. Now, this dough sheets then turned into strips in next step and these strips then give the shape of noodles discs.
Furthermore, these noodles discs cooked by sliding into oil and after drying them, put in cups. In cups, vegetables and spices also mixed onto them. Then these cups are being labeled and then sealed and finally our instant noodles are prepared to use and export.
