The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The diagram illustrates the process of making of instant noodles

Overall, the manufacturing have eight stage. It begins with storing flour in silos and ends with the labelling and sealing of cups. In addition, water, oil, vegetable and spices are added at different stage of the process.

Initially, flour are delivered to the silos storage by truck then transfer to mixer where water and oil are mixed. After mixing rollers converted the dough in thin sheets. Subsequently, it pass through a machine which cuts and make them into strips. In the next stage, the dough strips are shaped into noodle discs.

Following this, this discs cooked in oil and dried. Ones they have been prepared they are placed into cups. Finally, in cups vegetable and spices are added before sending towards labelling and sealing the cups. The production of instant noodles are completed and ready for sending to market for distribution.
