The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram illustrates the process of making instant noodles

Overall, the manufacturing has eight stages. It beginning with storing flour in silos and ending with the labelling and sealing of cups. In addition, water, oil, vegetables and spices are added at different stages of the process.

Initially, flour is delivered to the silos storage by truck then transferred into a mixer where water and oil are mixed. After mixing, with the help rollers dough is converted into thin sheets. Subsequently, it passes through a machine which cuts and make them into strips. In the next stage, the dough strips are shaped into noodle discs.

Following this, the discs are cooked in oil and dried. Once they have been prepared they are placed into cups. Finally, in cups, vegetables and spices are added before sending for labelling and sealing the cups. The production of instant noodles is completed and ready for sending to the market for distribution.
