Firstly, advertisement of different different products can very useful we can see them without going anywhere . Also they spend lot of money on their ads so they give us good products. Also what they tell us the product is always exact same . Secondly, many people buy because of the famous actor or any famous personality is doing that ads . And they make the best add of fast food , Mobile phones and many other things which convience us to buy that thing either it is needed or not .Also they give us knowledge about the product.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views on advertising and providing the writer's own opinion, which meets the core requirements of an academic task 2 essay. The position is stated early and maintained throughout the writing. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive. For instance, the arguments regarding why advertisements convince people rely heavily on general assertions, such as 'they spend lot of money on their ads so they give us good products' and the presence of famous personalities, without deeper extension or specific examples. The counter-argument section is also brief and underdeveloped. Consequently, the response aligns best with a Band 5.5 descriptor, as ideas are present and address the prompt, but they remain superficial and lack full extension.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into distinct paragraphs with a basic introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion, though the structural progression is somewhat disjointed. While basic cohesive devices such as 'Firstly', 'Secondly', and 'On the another hand' are used to signal shifts in the argument, referencing is at times unclear or mechanical. For example, pronouns like 'they' and 'it' are frequently ambiguous in reference (e.g., 'they spend lot of money on their ads so they give us good products', where 'they' switches unpredictably between advertisers and products). Paragraphing is attempted, but some sentences are isolated or poorly linked within the body sections. These cohesive weaknesses and the lack of a smooth overall progression place this performance securely at Band 5.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The lexical resource used in the essay is limited and repetitive, reflecting basic vocabulary choices such as 'good products', 'famous person', and 'get bored'. There are numerous spelling and word-choice errors, including 'convience' instead of 'convince', 'upcoming paragraph', and 'tobaco'. Less common vocabulary is attempted with noticeable inaccuracy, and collocation is often awkward, such as 'doing that ads' instead of 'appearing in those ads'. While the vocabulary is minimally adequate to convey the basic message, the frequent errors and restricted range mean the response falls short of Band 6.0 and fits the Band 5.0 descriptors well.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.5
The essay displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, relying primarily on simple sentences alongside a few basic attempts at complex forms that are frequently faulty, such as 'Whereas, others think that advertising is so common we pay no attention to it' (missing a relative pronoun or conjunction). Punctuation errors are common, particularly with spacing around commas and periods, and there are frequent omissions of articles (e.g., 'the advertisement is extremely successful'). Subject-verb agreement and pluralisation issues also occur, such as 'mobile phonea' and 'many of ads'. Because errors are frequent and simple structures predominate, the grammar aligns with Band 4.5.
