Student answer (Band 5.5)
In today's modern world, every company want to get suucessful by promoting their products or services through print and electronic media. As a result an increasing number of people think that advertising is significantly successful way by attracting us to purchase things online. In stark contrast, some individuals aruge that advertising is no more attrating us becasue it is now common for everyone to see it. In this essay I will discuss these both perspectives before presenting my own point of view.
On the one hand, certain individuals give more priority to advertisement because they argue that the only way to become successful in your business to promote your producs in public. This will lead by attracting more and more customer by purchasing products and services as they needed it. For instance, mostly americans buy products through internet by watching an advertising clip on social media or sometime they read newspapers or magazines which also promote enterprise products and services.
On the other hand, several people believe that watching advertising videos and photos are now common and they cannot persuad us to purchase a specific product until we decide to buy it. To more elaborate it, they think that the famous brands are more frequently advertising their aids on social meida which is only the wast of money and time, and they could not pay attention to it because they see several time the same aid. Resultantly, in this modern world everyone purchase only necessary things without watching any aids or promoting compaign.
In my perspective, advertising still play a vital role in a company success and continuously promoting their products and services can give them success in very considerable time without any hesitation. While promoting the same aids mutiple time can also create some detrimental effect on an enterprise sale. Hence, a balance approach is more significant to follow by promoting new aids with a specific time frame and targeting specfic area, as well as persistantly working on customer attraction.
In conclusion, certain individuals believe that runing advertising is a key factors in a company success because to aware people about their produts. whereas other hold a view that it is now common to see aids and they do not attract our attention because the repetition of the same aid and lower aid qulaity. Conversely, my opinion is to folloed a balanced approach to run multiple uquie aids with a particular time of period.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views on advertising—its persuasiveness versus commonality and fatigue—and presents a clear personal opinion throughout the essay. The student's position is introduced in the opening paragraph and reinforced in the body and conclusion. Ideas are extended and supported, such as mentioning American consumers buying online via social media or newspaper clips, and discussing the negative impact of repetitive ads. However, some arguments tend to over-generalise and lack deep development, which places the response securely at Band 6.5 to 7. Overall, all task requirements are covered with a clear stance.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The essay displays a clear logical organisation and progression throughout. Each paragraph has a distinct focus, beginning with an introduction, followed by body paragraphs addressing both views and the personal perspective, and concluding with a summary. Cohesive devices such as 'On the one hand', 'On the other hand', 'In my perspective', and 'In conclusion' are used to structure the text, though some referencing and transitional phrasing are a bit mechanical or imprecise (e.g., 'To more elaborate it', 'Resultantly'). Paragraphing is used appropriately, contributing to an overall coherent flow that guides the reader easily through the arguments.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
The student attempts a range of vocabulary appropriate for the academic prompt, using terms such as 'electronic media', 'enterprise products', and 'detrimental effect'. However, there are notable spelling errors ('suucessful', 'arugu', 'attrating', 'becasue', 'compaign', 'mutiple', 'uquie') and minor word-choice inaccuracies (e.g., using 'aid' when meaning 'ad', 'purchasing products... as they needed it'). While the range is adequate to convey the intended meaning, the frequency of lexical and typographical errors limits the band score, as they occasionally draw attention away from the content.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
The student attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, including conditional or relative clauses (e.g., 'until we decide to buy it', 'which is only the wast of money and time'). However, there are frequent grammatical errors in verb forms, subject-verb agreement, and prepositions throughout the text, such as 'every company want', 'success in your business to promote', 'watching advertising videos and photos are', and 'runing advertising is a key factors'. Although these errors rarely impede communication entirely, they are persistent enough to prevent the response from reaching Band 6.0.
