Student answer (Band 5.5)

Nowadays advertisements become an important part of human life. Majority of internet users believe that, ads and advertisements are beneficial for people for up to date with new trends. However , others argue that, excessive ads can be irritable and distracted. I truely believe that advertisements are useful for people.I will discuss both the views with suitable examples.

To commence with, customers are curious to persuading new things with the help of different ads like wesites . Some ads are attractive like the companies shows attractive products in the screen,to attract people. Moreover, some celebrities present their products in different way that attracts the people to purchase impulsively. For instance, around 68% of people influenced by the aesthatic ads in which representers present their products in different way. Consequently, customers buy those products with giving excessive amount of money.

In contract, some people think buying unnecessay purchases from websites is waste of time and they skip that ads. Excessive advertisements distract the people from their work and also people purchase products significantly. Internet users who work for long period of time, dislike the ads because they feel bored whenever the advertisement comes. To examplify this, most of the people skip the ads because it is not necssary to purchase online.

In my point of view, advertisements are important because people collect ideas from ads and it also increase the creativity level of the users. they cpllect data and information from the ads and build their own work. which helps them to become knowledgeable and creative in their lives. So i think advertisements are play and crusial role to become a men creative.

In conclusion, ads are more successful to encourage people to buy products while, it has demarites such as excessive ads can waste the time of people. but in my perspective ads are neccessary.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both views: the second body paragraph explains that frequent ads can distract people and be skipped, while the first describes how attractive presentations and celebrity endorsements can encourage purchases. Your opinion—that advertising is useful—is also stated. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The claim that ads increase creativity and help people become knowledgeable is not clearly explained or supported, and the conclusion mostly repeats the main points. The statistic about 68% of people is presented without a source or explanation, so it does little to strengthen the argument. To develop the response further, explain how advertising can inform consumers and give a specific, credible example, while making your position clear throughout.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, your opinion, and a conclusion. Linking expressions such as “To commence with,” “Moreover,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the essay. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: the point about people buying products “significantly” does not clearly connect to the claim that they dislike ads, and the opinion paragraph shifts from collecting ideas to becoming creative without explaining the link. Some connectors are inaccurate or mechanical, including “In contract” and repeated uses of “Moreover” or “Consequently.” Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example directly to the claim it supports.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “impulsively,” “excessive advertisements,” and “influenced,” and you use some variation rather than relying only on “ads.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice or collocation errors make parts difficult to understand. For example, “curious to persuading new things” does not express the intended idea clearly, and “aesthatic ads” and “representers” are inaccurate choices. Spelling errors such as “necssary,” “neccessary,” and “crusial” are also noticeable. Aim to learn common advertising collocations and check spelling; precise phrases such as “persuaded to try new products” would communicate your ideas more naturally.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You use both simple sentences and some attempts at complex structures, including clauses beginning with “because” and “whenever.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make several sentences difficult to follow. Examples include “Majority of internet users believe” (missing an article), “the companies shows” (subject–verb agreement), and “it also increase” (agreement). The sentence beginning “they cpllect data” is followed by the fragment “which helps them,” while “advertisements are play” has an incorrect verb pattern. Punctuation and spacing are also inconsistent. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly connected supporting clause, then check agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries.
