Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is agrue that advertisement of products is crucial for marketing purpose, so that people get informed about the products which are availabe in the market. while other individuals believe that ad is not mandatory to sell things. I that every aspects have different effect on the consumer.
On the one hand, advertisement is more crucial in this contemporary era to increase the sale of different products to attract the consumer. As we know that every company have a different strategies for ad of their specific products. With the passage of time the marketing startegies are changes such as companies prefer to start posting on the social media apps the usage of internet is drastically increased. for instance, there are large billboards in large urban area and around the roads on which picture and details gadgets are printed to attract the customer. So that companies earn a great revenue.
On the other hand, some people believe that commercial is not necessary to attract the consumer attention. In cases the people are start ignoring ads because they are getting bored from the large number of advertisements. There are so advertisements on the different websites the users ignoring these ads by simply scrolling up, some of them using ad blocker apps to get rid from advert. This suggest that advertising can be influential, its continous presence can dimnish its overall impact over a time. In my opinion, both views are valid to some extent but the effectiveness of compaign are largely agree on the context and the execution of compaign. However the poorly ececuted and overly intrusive ads are more likely to be ignored contributing to perception and advertising start losing its influence.
In conclusion, the advertising is a powerful force in shaping consumer behavior, but ts effectiveness depend on the execution of the ad. While some ads successfully persuade us to buy a product, others easily overlooked in an increasing crowded media landscape.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address both views and give a clear overall position: advertising can persuade, but its impact depends on how it is executed. The discussion of companies using social media and billboards explains how advertising can attract customers, while the examples of users scrolling past ads or using blockers support the opposing view. Your conclusion also reflects the main argument. This meets the task well, though some points are asserted rather than fully explained. For example, the first view would be stronger if you showed more specifically how an advert changes a consumer’s decision, rather than mainly noting that companies earn revenue. Develop each main idea with a clear explanation or example, and keep your position explicit throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, two paragraphs presenting contrasting views, and a conclusion. The signposts “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” make the discussion easy to follow, and the final paragraph returns to your central position. This gives the essay a coherent progression. However, some links between ideas are awkward or unclear, such as “So that companies earn a great revenue,” which does not connect smoothly to the preceding example. The transition into your opinion within the second body paragraph also makes that paragraph carry several functions at once. Use complete, logically connected sentences and consider separating your evaluation from the opposing-view explanation to make the progression more controlled.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “marketing strategies,” “consumer attention,” “ad blocker apps,” and “media landscape.” Phrases such as “dimnish its overall impact” also show an attempt to express a more nuanced idea. However, spelling errors and inaccurate word forms are noticeable, including “agrue,” “availabe,” “startegies,” “compaign,” and “ececuted.” Some collocations are also unnatural, such as “increase the sale” and “the effectiveness of compaign are largely agree on the context.” These issues make parts of the argument less precise. Build accuracy by checking spelling and learning common word partnerships, for example, “increase sales,” “campaign effectiveness depends on,” and “reduce the impact.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mix of simple and complex structures, including clauses introduced by “while,” “because,” and “such as,” and the sentence beginning “This suggests that advertising can be influential” communicates a useful qualification. However, control is inconsistent, and several sentence structures and verb forms are faulty. Examples include “every company have,” “the marketing strategies are changes,” “the people are start ignoring,” and “others easily overlooked.” There are also sentence-boundary and punctuation problems, such as beginning “while” with a lowercase letter and using “So that” as a separate sentence fragment. Practise subject–verb agreement, verb forms, and complete clause construction, then proofread each sentence to ensure it has a clear subject and finite verb.
