Some people believe that advertising is extremely successful to buy things. On the other hand, some people think that advertising is so common that we no longer pay attention, This essay willl discuss both points and also share my opinion about this.

In current days, social media is using all around the world. Everyone using internet in mobile phones and other technical devices. So, online advertinsement is the best way to sell products. For example, one of my friend is starting a resturant. In starting, he does not find any customers because no one hear about the resturant. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both views and state your opinion that effective marketing can attract customers. The restaurant example gives some support to the claim that advertising can work, but the opposing view is only briefly explained: the example of watches does not clearly show why people stop noticing advertisements. Your conclusion also repeats your position rather than developing it. Overall, the response addresses the task only partially, with limited and under-developed ideas. It is also 211 words, so it falls 39 words short of the 250-word minimum; the 13 words copied from the task prompt are not included in that count. To strengthen the response, explain how repeated exposure can make advertisements easier to ignore, then compare this with the ways targeted or memorable advertising can still influence buying decisions.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. Connectors such as “On the other hand,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear, and some links are mechanical or inaccurate. For example, “Furthermore” introduces the opposing view rather than adding to the previous point, while “Due to this marketing strategy” does not clearly connect the prevalence of online selling to the claim that advertising is ignored. The conclusion’s opening clause is also difficult to connect to the rest of the sentence. Use clearer topic sentences and make each example explicitly support the paragraph’s main idea.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use a basic range of topic vocabulary, including “advertising,” “products,” “customers,” and “marketing strategy,” which makes the general subject clear. However, the vocabulary is limited and several noticeable spelling, word-form, and collocation errors make parts of the response less clear, such as “advertinsement,” “resturant,” “cutomer,” and “use less.” Some phrases are also unnatural, including “advertising is extremely successful to buy things” and “the scope of advertising is always valuable.” Aim to use more precise expressions and check spelling carefully. For instance, describe advertising as “effective at persuading consumers to buy” and explain that people may “tune out” advertisements after repeated exposure.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including the example beginning “Then he decided…” and the sentence explaining why some people consider advertising ineffective. However, the range is limited, and frequent errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction sometimes make the reader work to understand your meaning. Examples include “Everyone using internet,” “he does not find any customers,” “he decided to used,” and “those who thinks.” The opening also joins two sentences with a comma after “attention.” Practise complete clauses and consistent verb forms: for example, “Everyone uses the internet on mobile phones,” and “He decided to use advertising, and it worked.”
