Student answer (Band 5.5)
Advertising acts like sugar in tea . Advertising is necessary for your business growth . According to other people who thinks advertising is so common that we no longer pay attention to it they are partically correct because many companines make illogical ads . In the essay I willl share prose and cons of advertisment.
As me know digital marketing is rising day by day in very field . According to my prespective I believe that every business man should advertise their product. Through advertisment people we known about your product and have curiosity to buy it. For example, I am an editor and I have studied regarding marketing and I also handels various shops and companies social media pages they have adopted this platform to circulate their product on social media due to which their business rose and now their business which was just 30% profitable which have now rose to 95%.
Whereas talking about cons that some believes that we do not pay much attention to advertisment which is true because there are some companies which are making illogical advertisment. Like the comapnies shows some things in their ads which are not possible in real world. For example, there is a company which produces energy drinks they show once you drink their soft drink you will have wings in you and you will be able to fly which is completely impossible.
By concluding, I beleive that advertisment are two edges of same sword . It depends on how the advertismnets are made and relate to a persons life as there are positive and negative aspects of everything .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You discuss both views: advertising can help businesses attract customers, while implausible advertisements may be ignored, and you give a broadly balanced opinion that its effect depends on how it is made. The social-media example gives some support to the first view, but the claim that profitability rose from 30% to 95% is not clearly explained or linked to advertising. The second view is illustrated with an energy-drink advert, though this mainly shows that an advert is unrealistic rather than explaining why people stop paying attention to advertising generally. Your position is also not fully consistent: you first say every business should advertise, then conclude that advertising has both positive and negative effects. Develop each view more clearly and state a precise opinion throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. The contrast marker “Whereas” helps signal the shift to the opposing view, and examples are placed in relevant paragraphs. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the social-media example moves from your work experience to a rise in business profitability without explaining the connection. Linking phrases such as “According to my perspective” and “By concluding” are repetitive or awkward, and the conclusion largely repeats the general idea that there are positive and negative aspects rather than drawing the discussion together. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example explicitly to the point it supports.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “digital marketing,” “curiosity,” “social media,” and “profitable,” so the reader can understand the main subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, including repeated forms of “advertisment,” “illogical ads,” and “business rose.” There are also noticeable spelling errors such as “partically,” “comapnies,” and “beleive,” which reduce precision. The phrase “two edges of same sword” appears to be an inaccurate version of an idiom and makes the conclusion less clear. Build a more varied set of accurate expressions for discussing advertising’s influence, audience attention, and business outcomes, and check spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, for example, “Whereas talking about cons that some believes…” and the sentence beginning “Through advertisment…”. However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction sometimes make the reader work to understand the point. Examples include “people who thinks,” “people we known,” and “their business which was just 30% profitable which have now rose.” Some sentences also lack a clear grammatical subject or are joined in ways that obscure the relationship between ideas. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses with correct agreement and tense. Check punctuation and spacing as well, particularly around full stops and commas.
