Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both views and state a personal preference with “Personally I always favour this schemes,” so the response is relevant to the question. The first view is supported by points about advertisements showing product features and building trust, while the opposing view is represented by people scrolling past adverts or choosing products without watching them. However, the discussion is uneven and the ideas remain general: the claim that adverts build trust is not explained with a specific example, and the second view is described mainly through people’s habits rather than why advertising’s prevalence makes it ineffective. Your position is also not fully clear because you favour advertising’s benefits without directly weighing the two views. Develop and compare the arguments more explicitly.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is an attempt to organise the response around the two sides, signalled by “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “On the other hand,” and the reader can identify the broad topic of each section. However, the opening section contains many ideas joined into a long, difficult-to-follow sequence, and there is little clear paragraphing to separate the discussion and your opinion. Some links are mechanical or unclear: “Consequently” does not clearly follow from the preceding point, while “this scheme” and “these products” have uncertain references. The response also moves between product promotion, social-media habits, and people’s personalities without a clear progression. Use distinct paragraphs for the introduction, each view, and the conclusion, and make each paragraph develop one main point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary, including “advertisements,” “features,” “ingredients,” “social media,” and “products,” which allows the reader to understand the general subject. There are also attempts at topic-specific phrasing such as “build trust.” However, the range is limited and several expressions are inaccurate or awkward, sometimes making meaning harder to follow: “attract the people for purchase something,” “selling products level,” and “insests their family members” are not natural choices. Spelling errors such as “througout,” “adverstising,” and “industrilists” also reduce clarity. Build a bank of accurate collocations for discussing advertising and consumer behaviour, and check spelling and word forms carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to connect ideas in longer sentences and use some subordinate clauses, for example “when their industries launched the new products” and “if they watch some ad on social media.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence boundaries make the response difficult to read. Examples include “Mostly people uses,” “they builds trust,” and “the only way to attracts”; these should use consistent subject–verb forms. Several clauses run together without appropriate punctuation, particularly in the opening and final sections, so the relationships between ideas are unclear. Practise writing shorter, complete sentences first, then combine them accurately using conjunctions and punctuation.
