Student answer (Band 5.5)

People have different views about a number of people believe that marketing is become more succesful to encouraging us to purchase objescts. Other people think that broadcast is so familiar that persuade us in a short time to it. In my opinion, I largely agee with that idea because advertise can persuading us to buy trending products.

There are a number of reasons why marketing new thing to encourage us. One posible reason is that femous person influence us because when we see any popular person promote any kinds of products such as smartphones, outfits, or others. in fact, when they marketing new objects they provides some discount on this product. Moreover, people may often purchase trending products. For example, many companies promote their objects by well known person, which can influence their audience to buy. As a result, new generation follow their favourite celebrity and buy trending product.

Despite the arguements, advertising is one of the most common track in front of us and we no longer pay attraction to this products. One major significat reason is that too many advertise because in our modern era majority of the company use this common track. Consequently, people may understand many company play this track and thats why this type of marketing no longer us. Another reason is that, lack of trust because people may do not trust all products. This is mainly because in modern generation there are several frauds sceam with us. Furthermore, people do not trust with every companies. For instance, some companies may create unrealistic advertisementabout their objects which can less trust in promoting new things.

In conclusion, people may have different opinions; however In my view advertise can influence in numerous ways and encourage us to buy their products,

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both views: the first body paragraph explains how celebrity promotion and discounts can encourage purchases, while the next argues that advertising is so widespread that people may ignore it and distrust companies. Your opinion is present in the introduction and conclusion, but it is not fully consistent: you say you largely agree that advertising persuades people, yet the second view receives substantial attention without a clear comparison of which effect is stronger. Several points are asserted rather than explained, such as the claim that advertising is “no longer” effective. Develop each view with a clearer cause-and-effect explanation and make your final position explicit and consistent throughout.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable introduction, two body paragraphs presenting contrasting views, and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its broad structure. You also use signposts such as “Moreover,” “Despite,” and “For instance.” However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the point about celebrities is repeated in the example, and the sentence beginning “One major significat reason” does not clearly connect the prevalence of advertising to people ignoring it. Some linking phrases are used mechanically or inaccurately, and references such as “this track” and “this products” are unclear. Organise each paragraph around one main claim, then explain and illustrate it without repeating the same point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “influence,” “trending products,” “unrealistic advertisement,” and “lack of trust.” These choices show an effort to discuss advertising and consumer behaviour, but the usable range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning unclear. For example, “broadcast” does not convey advertising in general, “common track” is not a natural phrase for a marketing method, and “pay attraction to” appears to mean “pay attention to.” Spelling and word-form errors, including “succesful,” “femous,” and “arguements,” are also noticeable. Build a bank of accurate topic phrases and check spelling and collocations before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt some longer structures, including clauses introduced by “because,” “when,” and “which,” and the overall meaning can usually be followed. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors occur frequently in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries. For example, “marketing is become more succesful” has an incorrect verb construction, while “they provides” does not agree with its subject. The opening sentence is incomplete and difficult to parse, and “people may do not trust” uses an incorrect auxiliary pattern. Work first on producing accurate simple sentences, then add subordinate clauses; also check full stops, capital letters, and comma use so that sentence relationships are clear.
