Student answer (Band 5.0)

some people said that advertising is a successful option pursuading us tu buy new and mirad things and other people think that advertising is so common. We can't pay attention to it

On the one hand, advertisement is a good way for advertising many new things. Mirads people saw the advertisement and they think this item is needy for house hold then how to order this. Some people like online shopping after see the advertisement. In modern era , people can't go to the market for buying needy things they used the online app for shopping. In my opinion aconclusion, is successful thing.

For example:- grocery , utensils, electronic devices , clothes , footwears etc. Some people see the advertisement in a good way they thinks many companies advertising the good product and branded items. They are very happy to saw the advertisements and excited for online shopping for buy things

Furthermore , On the other hand some people think advertising is common we can't pay attention to it . Because companies advertising the good product but they delivered the totally wrong and used products. They advertisize the useful product in front of the people . Then people ordered the product after few days product is delivered at home. Then open the order , order is in the totally bad condition . That's why some people thinks advertisement show the bad effect on the people. Advertisement is so common in the world but sale good product is a very difficult task . Because they cant show the good impact they can showing the bad impact on customers.

In conclusion, advertising is a good thing in modern era because mirads people like online shopping to see the advertisement and they are ready to buy things after saw the advertising products

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both views and give a clear preference for advertising as useful, especially in the conclusion. The examples of online shopping and household goods are relevant. However, the discussion is only partial: the first view is mainly supported by saying people see adverts and buy products, while the opposing view focuses on poor deliveries rather than explaining how advertising becomes so common that people ignore it. Your position also shifts slightly, since you first say people cannot pay attention to adverts but later argue they are effective. Develop each view with a clearer explanation and make your opinion consistent throughout. The response meets the stated length requirement; 8 words copied from the task prompt were not counted.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is some organisation: the response has an opening, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. Connectors such as “On the one hand,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion” signal the intended structure. However, progression within paragraphs is difficult to follow, and some links are inaccurate or repetitive. For example, “Furthermore, On the other hand” combines two transitions that serve different purposes, while the sequence about ordering and receiving a damaged product repeats “Then” several times. The opening is also split into an incomplete, abrupt statement. Use one clear topic sentence per paragraph, arrange supporting points in a logical order, and use pronouns and linking phrases to show how each example supports the main idea.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some task-related vocabulary, including “advertisement,” “online shopping,” “branded items,” and “customers,” so the topic is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, particularly “advertisement,” “product,” and “good.” There are also noticeable spelling and word-choice problems, such as “mirads,” “needy things,” “advertisize,” and “footwears,” which sometimes make the intended meaning harder to follow. Aim for more precise collocations and vary the language used to describe advertising and consumer responses. Check spelling carefully and learn common combinations such as “promote a product,” “influence consumers,” and “pay attention to an advert.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a reason clause beginning “Because companies advertising…” and a sequence describing an order being delivered. However, control is uneven, and errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation often make the reader work to understand the message. For example, “they think this item is needy for house hold then how to order this” lacks a clear grammatical connection, and “they thinks” and “after saw” show problems with agreement and verb forms. Several sentences also run together or use fragments. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses with correct verb forms and punctuation. Proofread each sentence for a complete main clause.
