Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You identify the main destination as full-time work and attempt to compare salary patterns across the three employment types. However, several figures are inaccurate or unclear, which limits how fully the task is addressed. The chart shows 72% in work only if full-time and part-time work are combined; your wording, “72 percents students are invlove with work,” does not explain this calculation and appears to omit the 5% combining part-time work with postgraduate study. In the table, 80% of freelance consultants earn $75,000 or more, but the government figure is also 80% only when the $75,000–99,999 and $100,000+ groups are combined; neither group earns “between 75000 to 1000000.” Your overview also calls private-company earnings “approximately 55 percent” without specifying the salary range. Report the categories and comparisons precisely.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a basic overall structure: an introduction, an overview, and two detail paragraphs. This gives the reader some sense of how the information is organised. However, progression within the paragraphs is not always clear, and some comparisons are difficult to follow. For example, “Same goes for government sector” does not specify which salary pattern is being compared, while “Additionally least is private companies” leaves the relevant category unstated. The transitions “Turning back to the details” and “On the contrary” are used mechanically; the latter does not introduce a true contrast between the preceding information and the salary data. Group related figures together and use explicit links such as “By comparison” or “In the private sector” to make the relationships clear.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “proportion,” “full time jobs,” “freelance consultants,” and “government sector,” so the topic is generally recognisable. However, the range is limited and frequent spelling, word-form, and collocation errors sometimes make the meaning difficult to interpret. Examples include “thay,” “compleating,” “majorty,” “invlove,” and “consulants.” Phrases such as “the amount of salaries are geting” and “are incoming” are not natural ways to describe salary data. Use standard terms such as “the proportion of graduates,” “earned,” and “fell into the salary band.” Check spelling carefully and choose precise vocabulary for the salary ranges rather than relying on vague phrases such as “rest of 80 percent.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast introduced by “while” and a sentence beginning “However.” Nevertheless, grammatical errors are frequent, and some sentence structures make the intended meaning hard to follow. For instance, “The given pie chart illustrates the proportion of students, what thay are doing” has an incorrect clause structure, and “the amount of salaries are geting” has problems with both the noun phrase and verb construction. There are also recurring errors in articles, agreement, plurals, and sentence boundaries, as in “12 percents students still do not ave any jobs,no one has idea.” Practise building clear subject–verb sentences, for example, “Twelve per cent of graduates were unemployed,” and punctuate separate ideas as separate clauses.
