Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0

The response attempts to address the task by describing the pie chart and table. However, it fails to provide a clear overview or effectively highlight the main features. The data reporting is often inaccurate or confusing, such as the claim that 52% is 'far greater' than other categories without proper context, and the interpretation of the salary table is disjointed. The response lacks a logical structure to compare the data points effectively, and the inclusion of personal commentary like 'hardwork pay off' is inappropriate for an Academic Task 1 report. The information is presented in a way that makes it difficult to follow the trends or comparisons intended by the prompt.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0

The response lacks a clear paragraph structure, appearing as a series of loosely connected sentences. There is no logical progression of ideas, and the use of cohesive devices is almost entirely absent. The transition between the pie chart data and the table data is abrupt and confusing. The lack of proper punctuation and paragraph breaks makes the text difficult to navigate, and the referencing of data points is often unclear, leading to a disjointed reading experience that does not meet the requirements for higher bands.

Lexical Resource — Band 4.0

The vocabulary is very limited and contains numerous spelling errors, such as 'graduartes', 'Anthrologiest', 'feild', and 'persuing'. The word choice is often imprecise or inappropriate for an academic report, such as 'doing wonders' or 'at least point'. There is a lack of variety in the language used to describe data, and the frequent spelling mistakes and incorrect word forms significantly impede the reader's ability to understand the intended meaning. To improve, you should focus on learning standard academic vocabulary for describing charts and tables.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0

The response contains frequent grammatical errors that affect the clarity of the writing. There are significant issues with subject-verb agreement, sentence structure, and punctuation. Many sentences are run-on or fragmented, making them difficult to parse. For example, 'as compare to freelancning govermment sector paying 50% to the graduates ans private companies are at least point with 30%' is grammatically incoherent. The range of structures is very limited, consisting mostly of simple, error-prone sentences. There is little evidence of complex sentence construction, and the errors are pervasive throughout the text.
