The chart below shows what Anthropology graduates from one university did after finishing their undergraduate degree course. The table shows the salaries of the anthropologists in work after five years.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparison where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The given diagrams illustrate what Anthropology graduates from one university did after completing their undergraduate degree course along with that the table depicts the salaries of the anthropologists in work after five years.

Overall, most of the graduates did full-time work followed by some doing part-time job, full-time postgrad study, unemployed and least percentage of graduates did part-time work + postgrad study wheras few graduate's data is not known.Furthermore, the table shows that most of the graduates earn more than $100,000 in a government sector and least percentage of graduates earn less than 50 grand as freelance consultants and in government sector.

To begin with, 52% of graduates work full-time work, 15% do part-time work, 8% graduates do full-time postgrad study. Nearly 12% of graduates are unemployed and 8% is unknown whereas graduates who do both part-time work and postgrad study are least at 5%.

Furthermore, 50% graduates who work in government sector earn the most which is listed at $100,000+ same with 40% graduates who work in private companies at and 30% at freelance consultants. 5% graduates who work in government sector and freelance consultants make the least which is accounted at $25,000 to $49,999.
