IELTS Writing Task 1 question
The chart below shows what Anthropology graduates from one university did after finishing their undergraduate degree course. The table shows the salaries of the anthropologists in work after five years.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparison where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The bar depicts the proportion of undergraduates students empolyment after securing degree from same university. The table provides data on the salaries after the period of half decade.
Overall, half of the graduates choose full time working, whereas, a small number of students continue their studies and work part-tme. Student working in goverment sector earning the most while the employers of private sector earing the least.
Looking at the pie chart, mojority of the students choose full-time work, above 50%. 15% students were doing to do part-time job, thats the second most popular. Proportion of full-timr post graduates and not known is same, together its 16%. However, 12% graudates are still not working. Only a minority of students perfer to work and study together.
Moving towards the table, private sectors employs earned less than the freelance consultants and goverment sector. Only 30% were able to earn more than a lac in contrast 50% of graduates earned the same salary.
