Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response makes an attempt to address the prompt by selecting some key features from the visual data, such as noting that full-time work accounts for around 52 percent and mentioning employment destinations. However, the report only partially covers the task requirements and includes irrelevant personal commentary, such as stating that 'this is very alarming situation' and suggesting universities should create action plans. Furthermore, data presentation is limited and lacks a clear, comprehensive overview of both the chart and the table, leaving several aspects under-developed and failing to make adequate comparisons across all categories.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

The organization of the response is weak, lacking proper paragraphing as the entire text is presented as a single, dense block. There is no clear overall progression of ideas, and cohesive devices are largely absent or misused, with repetitive referencing like 'this' or fragmented transitions like 'in addition to this there are some student or employee, they do both work'. Consequently, the connection between sentences feels mechanical and disjointed, making the overall arrangement difficult to follow logically.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and minimally adequate for the task, containing frequent spelling errors such as 'illutrates', 'Anthropoly', 'univeristy', 'abpout', 'percetage', 'contiune', 'unemployement', 'increase', 'Univerity', 'purses', 'siognificant', and 'freelance'. Word choices and collocations are often awkward or inaccurate, such as 'salries', 'after pursing their work for around 5 year', and 'not raised at that much pace'. These noticeable lexical errors and spelling slips cause some difficulty for the reader and prevent the text from reaching a higher band.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The writer relies on a very limited range of sentence structures, and attempts at more complex sentences are frequently faulty, leading to run-on sentences and comma splices like 'Remaining left are unemployed which is about a 12 percent , not a small portion.' There are persistent grammatical errors throughout, including missing or incorrect articles, poor subject-verb agreement in phrases like 'Salaries of graduated after pursing their work for around 5 year governement sector has the most siognificant figure', and awkward prepositional use. These frequent errors cause strain and confusion for the reader.
