Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You cover both visuals and identify the main destination pattern: full-time work is the largest category at 52%, while part-time work combined with postgraduate study is the smallest at 5%. You also make a relevant overview comparison by noting the government sector’s strong high-salary profile. The salary figures you report for government, freelance consultancy and private companies are accurate. However, some important destination figures are omitted, including full-time postgraduate study, the 8% whose destination was unknown, and the 15% in part-time work is incorrectly described as among the least popular choices despite being the second-largest category. The overview could also compare salary distributions more broadly, such as the concentration of government and freelance workers in the top bands versus private-company employees in the middle bands. This leaves some features less fully reported than others.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, a general overview, and separate paragraphs for graduate destinations and salaries. This makes the two visuals easy to distinguish, and transitions such as “In general,” “In terms of,” and “However” help signal the direction of the discussion. The progression within the salary paragraph is mostly logical, moving from government to freelance consultancy and private companies. Some links are less clear or repetitive, however: “followed by a total of 12% for unemployment problems” does not clearly connect the figures, and “the least choice” is repeated without a precise comparison. Grouping the destination figures more systematically and using clearer references between comparisons would make the cohesion more flexible and the progression more consistently smooth.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a reasonable range of task-related vocabulary, including “career choices,” “salary distributions,” “high paying salaries,” and “employment choice,” so the topic is generally clear. There are also attempts at more formal reporting language, such as “constituting” and “accounted for.” However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural: “the least choice,” “unemolyment problems,” “continuation of work,” and “get employed for that salaries” make parts of the report awkward. Spelling errors such as “populare” and “antrhropology” also reduce precision. Aim for standard chart language and accurate forms—for example, “least popular category,” “unemployment,” and “after five years of employment.” This would improve clarity and control.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrast clause beginning “whereas” and a sentence using “while.” Most of the intended comparisons remain understandable. However, errors in sentence construction and grammatical patterns are noticeable. The opening phrase “Salaries of anthropology graduates after 5 years of continuation of work, the government sector was prominent” is a fragment followed by a main clause without a clear grammatical link. In “around 50% workers get paid,” an article is missing, and “the part-time work was also a least popular decision” has an incorrect article pattern. The final sentence, “only 5%-10% get employed for that salaries,” also has agreement and preposition problems. More consistently complete sentences and careful checking of articles, agreement and tense would strengthen accuracy.
