Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You identify several key destination figures accurately, including full-time work at 52%, part-time work at 15%, and unemployment at 12%. However, the overview is unclear and does not summarise the main pattern across both visuals. The salary table is only partly reported: you mention the top salary shares for government workers and freelance consultants, but omit the private-company figures and most lower salary bands. Also, “more than $100” is inaccurate; the category is $100,000 or more. The response therefore covers the task only partially, with important comparisons underdeveloped. To improve, give a concise overview of the dominant graduate destination and the salary pattern, then compare all three employment sectors using accurate salary ranges.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has a basic paragraph structure: an introduction, discussion of graduate destinations, and a final paragraph on salaries. This gives the reader some sense of the two visuals being addressed. However, progression is limited because the second and third paragraphs repeat the same destination figures, and the final paragraph ends abruptly after two salary observations. Linking words such as “Overall” and “Similarly” are used, but they do not create clear relationships between the information, and “Similarly” does not accurately signal a comparison. Organise the response into a clear overview followed by focused details for each visual, avoid repeating figures, and use comparisons to connect related data.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “undergraduate degree course,” “postgraduate study,” “freelance consultants,” and “government sector.” This shows an adequate range for describing the visuals. However, several choices are inaccurate or awkward, such as “the data of five years salaries,” “got admission,” and “highest salaried people,” which make parts of the report less natural. “Eleborates” is also misspelled and is repeated. Aim for precise chart-reporting language and natural collocations, for example, “shows salary levels after five years of employment,” “pursued postgraduate study,” and “the highest-paid employees.” Check spelling carefully and avoid repeating the same reporting verb.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You produce a mixture of simple sentences and some longer structures, and the main figures are generally understandable. However, control is uneven in longer sentences. For example, “Some of them got admission in postgraduate study they were 8%” joins two clauses without suitable punctuation or a connector, while “Freelance consultants who earned the highest salary with percentage value were 40%” has an unclear grammatical relationship between the people and the percentage. There are also problems with articles and sentence construction in phrases such as “the highest percentage of 52%.” Use complete, clearly linked clauses, and check that each sentence has a clear subject and verb. More accurate complex sentences would help express comparisons without obscuring meaning.
