The given pie chart illustrates the activities of university graduates, after 5 years of their degree completion. A big proportion of students served full-time about 52% whereas least was those who managed both part-time work alongwith the postgrad study that around 5% of total. However, part-time work holder and full- time post grad students are also part of this survey. At the same time there are only 30% jobians of private sector got the same salary range.
Initially, we see that majority of anthropologists prefer full-time work rather than part-time that are just 15%. Here we also have some percentage of unemployment around 12%. Whereas, part-time work in combination with higher studies and full time students comprise 5% and 8% .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You identify several relevant figures, including 52% in full-time work, 15% in part-time work, and the 5% who combined part-time work with postgraduate study. You also make useful comparisons between salary groups, such as the 50% in government employment and 30% in private companies earning $100,000 or more. However, the overview is not sufficiently clear or complete: it does not summarise the main pattern across both visuals, and the opening description says the chart concerns graduates’ activities “after 5 years,” although it shows their destinations after graduation. Some details are vague or inaccurate, including “one million plus” instead of $100,000+, and “private consultants,” which confuses private companies with freelance consultants. Select the key contrasts and report them precisely.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has some organisation: it begins with an introduction and overview, then gives a paragraph about graduate destinations and another about salaries. This helps the reader distinguish the two visuals. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven, and the overview mixes chart information with salary comparisons without clearly establishing the main features. Linking words such as “However,” “Overall,” “Initially,” and “Whereas” are used, but some connections are awkward or incomplete; for example, “Whereas, part-time work in combination…” does not form a complete contrast with the preceding sentence. The final paragraph also moves between employment types and salary bands without a consistent comparison order. Grouping related figures and using clearer topic sentences would make the report easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some task-related vocabulary, including “full-time work,” “unemployment,” “salary range,” and “government sector,” so the reader can generally understand the subject. However, the range is limited and several choices are inaccurate or informal for an academic report. “Jobians” and “employs” are unsuitable here, while “one million plus” misrepresents the table’s $100,000+ category. There are also spelling errors such as “govenment,” “pakages,” and “freelancers” where the intended employment category is freelance consultants. Phrases such as “a big proportion” and “give maximum salary package” are imprecise or unnatural. Use standard terms from the visuals and practise collocations for describing proportions and earnings.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mixture of simple and more complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “whereas” and “for instance.” However, complex constructions are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to interpret. For example, “A big proportion of students served full-time” lacks a clear grammatical construction, and “Here more job holders for about 35% have their salary range is…” combines incompatible sentence patterns. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and sentence boundaries, as in “the govenment sector give” and the fragment beginning “Whereas, part-time work…”. Aim first for accurate, complete sentences, then add subordinate clauses. Check subject–verb agreement and avoid joining two different structures in one clause.
