Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You identify several relevant features, including full-time work as the largest destination and unemployment at 12%, and you attempt to discuss the salary table. However, key figures are inaccurate: full-time work is 52%, not 54%, and part-time work is 15%, not 8%. The overview also does not clearly summarise the main salary pattern, and the claim that freelance work is “popular” or that private-company salaries “grow” is not supported by this table, which compares salary bands rather than changes over time. The statement that no one works as a professional is also not shown by the data. Select the main comparisons accurately and avoid interpreting categories as trends or popularity.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a basic paragraph structure, moving from an opening and overview to further details, and words such as “Overall,” “Then,” and “Eventually” show an attempt to connect ideas. However, progression is difficult to follow because the discussion shifts between graduate destinations, employment sectors, and salary bands without clearly separating them. Some links are inaccurate or unclear, such as “this means that is sector is more open with students,” and “Eventually it stayed 30%” does not make clear what “it” refers to. Organise the response into a clear overview followed by one paragraph on destinations and one on salaries, using explicit references to the relevant category.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some task-related vocabulary, including “full time,” “unemployed,” “freelance consultants,” and “government sector,” so the reader can recognise the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or forms make the meaning unclear: “incomes” is misspelled as “icomes,” “graduation students” is not a natural phrase, and “salary it rose up” does not accurately describe a table of salary distributions. Spelling errors such as “succsefully,” “begining,” and “iventually” are noticeable. Aim for precise chart language, such as “accounted for,” “salary band,” and “the proportion earning,” and check spelling and collocations before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response mainly uses short, simple statements, with occasional attempts to join ideas, for example, “this means that is sector is more open with students.” These attempts are often faulty, and frequent errors in sentence structure and verb forms sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “The chart illustrate,” “majority graduation students work,” and “it grows stable from begining and reached peak,” where agreement, articles, and tense control are missing or inconsistent. There are also incomplete or awkwardly joined sentences, such as “Government sector looks better…” followed by “this means…”. Practise accurate simple comparisons first, then add longer sentences with controlled clauses and consistent past or present-tense reporting.
