Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You report the main destination figures accurately, including full-time work at 52%, unemployment at 12%, and the two 8% categories. You also select useful salary comparisons, such as the $100,000+ shares and the $75,000–99,999 figures. However, the response lacks a clear overview of the most important patterns across both visuals, and some comparisons are inaccurate or unclear. For example, “15% are with above than 50,000” misrepresents the combined salary bands: the 15% figures apply specifically to $50,000–74,999 in freelance and government work. The final comparison about the lowest salary band is also confusing. A concise overview and more precise reporting of each salary range would make the task coverage more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response follows a generally sensible order: it describes graduate destinations first and then moves to salaries. This gives the reader a basic overall structure, and phrases such as “In the 2nd graph” signal the change in focus. However, the information is presented in one continuous paragraph, and several transitions and references are awkward or unclear, including “Among their are also those” and “Also employee of government sector.” The salary comparisons would be easier to follow if grouped by income band or employment sector, with clearer links between related figures. Use separate paragraphs for the two visuals and more precise linking phrases so that the progression feels deliberate rather than list-like.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “graduates,” “unemployed,” “postgraduate studies,” “freelance consultants,” and “Government sector.” These terms help communicate the chart categories. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes the meaning difficult to follow. For instance, “are having the salaries” is unnatural, while “not known for their job or studies” does not clearly express the chart’s “not known” category. There are also noticeable spelling and form errors, such as “anthropogy,” “Unfortunatilly,” and “studing.” Aim for precise chart language, such as “earned,” “accounted for,” and “the destination was unknown,” and check spelling before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt some longer sentence forms and use basic present-tense reporting, but control is inconsistent. Errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles, and punctuation occur throughout, for example, “In the 1st graph it is illustrates that” and “About 40% of freelance consultant … are having the salaries.” The sentence beginning “In freelance consultants and Government sector” also has an unclear grammatical relationship between the figures and the salary band. These problems sometimes make the comparisons hard to interpret. Build more reliable simple sentences first, then add controlled complex forms using “while” or “whereas.” Check subject–verb agreement, sentence boundaries, and the structure “the proportion of employees earning…” when describing percentages.
